A few bugs fixed, and a pleasant surprise in some nice optimization found while refactoring code. Increased the overall size of the default tile map because of this. Please enjoy!

- Truplicate text removed (No longer needed, should've been removed last build)
- Piercing and Amplifier now shoot at a slower, controlled rate. It still is beneficial to "overload" it, but you can't go crazy
- Refactored some code to optimize initialization
- Fixed Side Projector's collider, eliminating a bug where if they were too close, they wouldn't shoot
- Increased default balance maps to 64x64, because of optimizations and larger means more to explore
